I'm back...

Had a great time. Got sun burnt, ate too much and walked our feet off. Despite the drought taking a weighty toll on the landscape there were still a few birds to be had but nothing like there was. The worst victims seems too have been the Splendid Fairy-wrens, of which we didn't see a single one. In previous years you had to watch where you trod in fear of treading on them their numbers were so big. Still there were lots of prey birds on the drive and in Glue pot we saw ringnecked parrots, babblers - both kinds, Red-lored Whistler, Hooded Robin, Emu, Brown Treecreeper, Spiny-cheeked Honeyeater, White-fronted Honeyeater, Grey Butcher bird, and a few more to be identified. I told you I was a bird nerd!!!!

Now I'm gearing up for my Christmas pin up shoot with my girls, Shoot with Kathryn Thomas Photography and House Of Callahan. Then my Halloween show!! Best concert of the year!
